GET TO KNOW US

A transformative wellness destination, Pilates Yoga Breath Retreats was established in 2024 to offer a carefully curated blend of experiences: physical practices like yoga and Pilates, mindfulness activities including meditation and breathwork, and immersive natural experiences such as nature walks and hikes and beachside relaxation.

Our retreat’s environment serves a deeper purpose beyond traditional wellness retreats. By emphasizing reconnection with natural elements—the warmth of sand, the invigorating scent of salt water, the serenity of nature views facilitates a return to life's fundamental pleasures. This approach helps our participants disengage from the complexity of modern life and rediscover their inner vitality.

Our aim to send you home feeling awakened, refreshed, connected, and whole beyond temporary relaxation.

We operate in carefully selected premier destinations, each offering unique natural environments: the coastal serenity of Calvi, Corsica, the mountainous grandeur of the Alpes, the cultural richness of Japan, and the unique landscapes of Tuscany. These locations serve as the foundation for immersive wellness experiences that combine traditional practices with location-specific activities.

LENKA BUJNAKOVA

Retreat leader

Lenka first discovered Yoga in Bali around ten years ago when she decided to take the journey of finding the deepest connection with her inner self. When she arrived where all the Yoga magic was happening at Changu, it was love at first sight. Then a couple of weeks later, she moved to Australia and immediately started practicing Yoga, and she discovered the deepest connection with herself through her regular yoga practice. And since then, she has never stopped being so passionate about exploring what else is there to unfold for her throughout her practice, hence she became an amazing and passionate yoga instructor teaching busy classes on a weekly basis.

As she has also been very interested in meditation which she practices daily, she completed Yin and Meridian & Restorative and Meditation courses to keep growing her education and passion for her teachings. Daily meditation and yoga bring balance to her life and calmness of her mind. If you do her class, which she aims to pass on from each of her classes.

As her mantra, Lenka takes every experience as an opportunity to get closer to herself. To grow into who you really are. And to remember who you were made to be.

Lenka loves connecting with nature, reading books, making pottery, writing, and staying at the beach.

Outside of teaching, Taylah enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with her family, and exploring new ways to support wellness and balance in her life and others’. She believes that Pilates is more than just exercise—it’s a way to build resilience, inner peace, and a strong connection to oneself.
